Every Day in May: 22nd May

I borrowed my sister's sewing machine for these and I tell you straight-faced: it has changed my life! I filled them with rice to make boy/girl heat packs. I'm fairly happy with how they turned out, but I did a pretty messy job of sealing them up at the bottom (not pictured!).

I hope to spend some time writing over the weekend - see you Monday!
As I mentioned last post, the pattern I used is from GoodyGoody.

  1. Me want one! Well done.

Good luck with the writing. I will be doing the same after taking a couple of days off. I have had a facial and am now off shopping with a friend. Would prefer to not get myself in situation where I need two days off to recharge. Trying and sometimes only way to find focus again.

  3. Why thank you, my lovelies!

@Bo: I'd love to, but the pattern is free for download and only for private use. Maybe when I get better at stitching the ends up (sigh!) I will create my own pattern and sell it. Thanks for your interest, though!
