I forgot to share this one with you. Ever since I won this fabulous plate from Captain KK, I have buying a little Marimekko for presents. And since Mum's just re-done her kitchen, I thought this would look pretty amazing in it. She loves it.

Well, not really. But this one is kind of pretty. All my bags (I have three) are neutrals and one day I will bite the bullet and get a coloured one. One day.

I was incredibly lucky to win a competition from the lovely Captain KK - this beautiful Marimekko plate. Even my lone truss tomato looks thrilled to be there. Thank you Captain - it is absolutely magnificent and I smile every time we pass in the kitchen.

I love this bureau, and envy the amount of holes in the wall. Sigh. The main reasons which propel me to buy a house are purely emotional and related to holes in the wall. Not, perhaps, a financially viable solution...
