Every Day in May: 4th May

Ha ha! I am being a little bit coy about today's creativity. I am a bit concerned that the project won't work out, but also very excited about it. While I won't disclose what it is yet, I will say that I've been wanting to try to make this for ages - and I look forward to showing you the progress over the coming days.

I bought the fabric at Big W of all places. I was looking for something else entirely, and came across some cheap material. I figured it would be good to start small, just in case it doesn't work out, and these were only $3.65 each. How cute are those little orange houses?

I must say, I am enjoying this everyday creating thing. It's exciting to look forward to crafting - even if it's only fifteen minutes - to have some downtime. And it makes me wonder at what I can actually accomplish if I make the time.
