This is my first proper attempt at carved stamps for the Every Day in May challenge. I will be posting something new each day and these are the first! I used Gennine's excellent tutorial which I have posted about before and it is addictively good fun. As Gennine suggested, I used erasers as they are cheap (about 90 cents each in the supermarket) and very easy to carve. The lino cutting tools were purchased at Eckersleys for about $11. 
So here's an average looking apple, flower and tree. Wheeee!
Ow you are so good to do something creative a day in May! I am very envious! I have to write my thesis this month but I will join in late in the year! Happy creating! Can't wait to see what you do!

I think I would feel a bit too pressured If I tried it, but will instead try to think of something creative every day in May...like, fish with scales made of stardust, which is why they are so shiny.
