Ahhh. As a long-time spelling and grammar pedant, it brings me no end of pleasure to have discovered TEAL (The Typo Eradication Advancement League). A group dedicated to the vigilante removal of evil typos from public spaces, they also document their error finding on this fabulously proper blog. (From where this typical "abuse-of-language-at-the-greengrocer's" photo was taken).
One Teal member, Benjamin, has this delightful line in his bio, "Subject-verb disagreement is his sworn enemy, though it's those slippery little homophones with whom he's currently engaged in battle."
I think we could all learn something here.
