The First Day of the Rest of the Days

Today is my last day at my job. I've resigned and taken a new and exciting role in a start-up and I feel energized, excited and happy. But I am also so sad to be leaving such wonderful people. If I find people this wonderful elsewhere, then I know I'm making the right decision. So I'm jumping off the ledge - wish me luck!

Sigh. What a week. One more day and then tomorrow night I'll be on the plane home. This is my new life mantra.

Ah this really resonates with me at the moment. One more week of working this hard and then I'm free. Well, back to normal work and not crazy work, which will be amazing.
