I just want to extol the virtues of this plate. I have only one and not a whole set (yet!) but it's just so great. It's bigger than a normal side plate, but not a full dinner plate, and somehow just holds everything you need. It's also just a pattern I never tire of - I have been known to use it, clean it and use it immediately again, just because it's that good. I think it's time for the set...

Love this white on white. Seems so soothing, although I could never achieve it, myself!

New Marimekko range

Err, can we please talk about your brand new range, Marimekko? It's like a tie-dyed version of heaven or a perfectly blurry horizon. It sadly doesn't exactly go with the rest of my kitchenware but oh goodness it's beautiful.

Grids

Love this bowl - I realise I'm having a mini grid-obsession at the moment, drawn to blouses and now home furnishings with grids on them. Something very peaceful about them.

Chopping board

That's what it's like around here. One day a hot leather jacket and the other, well, a hot chopping board. Me likey.

Sandwich boards

Just delightful. These sandwich boards are gorgeous - I love the one with the houses, but really they're all pretty great.

A dreamy kitchen shelf which reminds me of my sister Em. (Hi Em!). Love that tray on the top shelf. 

Pink kitchen

I love the way this otherwise plain kitchen has pinks and reds through it - and that print on the wall is insanely good, too.

Poach Pods

My sister Em introduced these to me over Christmas, and I've never been so excited about silicone. As someone who likes poached eggs with a passion (but alas, cannot cook them) these are perfect cheats. Poach pods - just break the egg into them, float them on boiling water and voila!

Nighttime caraffe set

What a charming set - a little jug and glass to keep beside your bed. This would be a perfect Christmas present for my Grandma (who is really the only one I can show off presents for, as she doesn't read my blog!)
