Last year I read John Green's The Fault in Our Stars and cried my eyes out. This film's going to be amazing.

This is so beautiful. A heart-shaped meadow, created by a farmer as a tribute to his late wife. The point of the heart points towards her birthplace. 

Studio Bomba

Yes to everything, please! This is a new store just opened up in Western Australia, but gosh it's just lovely! Love the stacks of baker's twine, the little shelves - would love a wall like this in my home one day.

Dining perfection

I do enjoy a perfect-looking tableau and this one is pretty great. I love the contrast of the white table with the dark and broody chairs. And those cherry blossoms - sigh!

Ira Glass + Balloon Animals + Advice to Young Women = Perfection

This is possibly the best thing I've ever seen. If any of you don't know who Ira is, you should start listening to This American Life immediately. (Gets especially great at around the 8 min mark - he talks about love to young girls. Amazing).

Well isn't this dress just the prettiest thing! Paper + Paris + super sweet. Such a lovely idea.

This is the extent of my Valentines excitement. I don't really get into the day at all, but in the spirit of love (in which I am a big believer), please give someone you care about a big hug today.

As a vegetarian, I don't have the chance to make lots of casseroles or meaty goodness. But this cast iron apple pot makes me want to start whipping up vegie biryanis and soups immediately!

Memory quilt

This quilt includes parts of a wedding dress, a tie, a child's dress and a dressing gown. I LOVE the idea of making a quilt from family memories, so I'm filing this one away.

When we were in Dubai, we attended one of my bestie's wedding. He married a lovely British-Indian woman and we all wore saris and had hennaed hands. (I'm the one with the red bangles). It was a most wonderful three days of celebration.

Honeymooned and Married and Back to Blogland!

Yes, a few, sneaky pre-posts while I was gone, and now I'm back after the most wonderful wedding and honeymoon I could hope for. Just a whirlwind of happiness, friends, romance and love - what an experience!

I'm slowing coming back to earth, and might be slow to get posts moving again, but will share with you some of our photos over the coming weeks.
