Poach Pods

My sister Em introduced these to me over Christmas, and I've never been so excited about silicone. As someone who likes poached eggs with a passion (but alas, cannot cook them) these are perfect cheats. Poach pods - just break the egg into them, float them on boiling water and voila!

    1. They totally work! I have made poached eggs twice and I'm obsessed :) Only thing I've found it to put a small drop of olive oil in each before breaking the egg into them: it helps the egg slide out better. Total convert.
