Honestly, sometimes I feel like the internet is just plain mean. Tiny Candy has posted an excellent list of fabulous places to visit in Paris, including great paper and curiosity shops. Check out these vintage goodies!
The images all remind me of trinkets and things that I'd love to have in a coffee table, but in little boxes, and covered in glass. Much like these images below. (Minus the naked girl match book, thanks!)

Speaking of trinkets, your birthday surprise arrived a couple of hours ago. I have had to hide it as I am terrible ruiner of surprises. I've voewed to leave it untouched til my birthday starts in Australia. That's about all I can manage.
ReplyDeleteThank you, treasure chest!
Oooh I'm so glad! Keep up your disciplined approach - I'm very proud :)
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome xx
That would be 'vowed'...
ReplyDeleteBen has had to hide the present for the second time as I kept going to my hiding place "just to stroke it." It's tied up with an antique lace ribbon!
