My dad was a teenager in London through the war and moved to Australia with his family when he was 15 in 1948, so he would have been there at the time of these photos. It gives me chills just thinking about it. My dad passed away 12 and a half years ago now... so many questions I didn't ask him. Thanks again for a lovely post.
